• Pay by bank card a deposit of 50% of the registration fees (+5% invoiced speaks manager of the online file)

As soon as the deposit is validated

The organization transmits by email a health questionnaire to be duly fulfilled and signed by the referring doctor.

A period of one month is granted to refer the health questionnaire to the doctor of the organization (the only person capable of consulting any medical file according to the regulations of the order of doctors)

SECOND STEP

• Log in to the online registration form
• Provide information on your sporting experience and walking pace
• Enter your emergency contacts
• Enter your valid passport information (identity card for Moroccan nationals)
• Inform your possible choices of optional services offered
• Pay the balance of registration fees and options by credit card (+5% charged by the online file manager)

STEP THREE

Insertion of 2 supporting documents on the online file:

• A medical certificate dated less than 6 months before the trip, duly established by the referring doctor.
• The copy of the passport will also be required (identity card for Moroccan nationals)

A mountain medium course

• Itinerant trek of about 75 km over 4 days, an average of 18km traveled in 6 to 8 hours of daily walking.
• Land: pebbles, rocks, small strains, wadis, gardens,
• Altitude: between 1500 and 2000 meters
• Soft elevation: + / - 700 meters on the entire trek
• Average temperatures: daily between 0 ° and 30 ° degrees and nocturnal between -5 ° and 5 °.

“SPORTS” LEVEL

•  6 to 8 hours of walking per day (excluding lunches)

Trek trips by Gazelles by Mélanie are accessible to all women in good physical condition and practicing regular physical and sporting activity.

All women can register from the age of majority, from 18 years old to 70 years old.

A trek in the mountains necessarily requires a preparation and a training to be able to bear the effort at altitude and over long distances, and thus appreciate the walking over the duration of the trip.
