1 - First step
REGISTER WHEN REGISTRATIONS OPEN
Complete and check the mandatory fields marked with a red asterisk *
- Connect to the website from a computer!
- Select the edition of your choice.
- Click on the “register” button
- Go through your registration form
- Accept the rules and conditions
- Enter your marital status and contact details
- Accept the terms of the assistance insurance
- Take out or refuse cancellation insurance
- Accept the program and what it includes
- Pay the registration fees
- Pay a 50% deposit by credit card
2 - Second step
MEDICAL RECORD
DEPOSIT PAYMENT
The organization will send you the information necessary to compile your medical file. A period of time is granted for the completion of your medical file and for sending the required documents to the organization's doctor.
ATTENTION
After consulting the medical files, the organization's doctor reserves the right to cancel the registration of a participant presenting a possible pathology that could pose a risk for her or for others at the event. In this context, the organization undertakes to reimburse the sums paid by the participant.
MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
A medical certificate of fitness with a validity of less than 6 months is required to participate in the event. This must be drawn up by your referring doctor.
ECG – EXERCISE TEST
For participants over 50 years old, an electrocardiogram – normal stress test with a validity of less than two years is required to participate in the event.
3 - Third step
FINALIZING REGISTRATION
Complete the fields in the second part until the deadline indicated.
- Access your online registration form
- Enter your sporting experience
- Enter your emergency contacts
- Fill in the information relating to your transport
- Select or refuse stay extensions
- Select or refuse any optional bus transfers
- Insert the copy of your identity document used for traveling
- Pay by credit card for your selected options
- Pay the balance of the registration fees by credit card
NOTA BENE
PASSPORT
To enter Moroccan territory, it is mandatory to be in possession of a valid passport for foreign nationals.
Only participants of Moroccan nationality can carry their national identity card to participate in the event.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO VALIDATE YOUR PARTICIPATION
Conditions taken from the event regulations:
- Be female
- Be a woman aged 18 years minimum and 70 years maximum
- Create your medical file, complete it seriously and respect deadlines
- Submit compliant medical supporting documents required by the organization's doctor
- Do not present any pathology considered to be at risk for you or others
- Respect the deadlines for the completeness of your online file
- Have a valid passport (identity document for Moroccan nationals)
- Pay and pay the registration fees in full before the deadline
- Present to the organization baggage not exceeding 14 kg for the trek
