First step
How to register for the event?
Registration opening day:
- Connect from a computer!
- Select the edition of your choice.
- Click on the “register” button
- Browse the registration form
- Accept the rules and conditions
- Provide your marital status and contact details
- Accept the terms of the assistance insurance
- Subscribe or refuse cancellation insurance
- Accept the program and what it includes
- Pay the registration fees
- Pay a 50% deposit by credit card
Second step
How to create your medical file?
From the day of receipt of the "medical" email after registration and within 6 months:
- Complete the online health questionnaire
- Consult your doctor
- Insert a medical certificate of fitness dated less than one year before the event
- Include a stress test dated less than 2 years ago; a "stress electrocardiogram" + cardiologist's interpretation for women over 50, particularly during the event.
NB : The Organization's Doctor reserves the right to cancel the registration of a participant with a medical contraindication to participate in this event in Morocco or a possible pathology that poses a risk to themselves and/or others.
Conditions of admission to the event
Terms and conditions for participating in the event:
- Be a female adult (aged 18 and/or older)
- Accept the rules and conditions
- Prepare the medical file within the given timeframe
- Provide the medical supporting documents required by the Organization's doctor
- Do not present any medical pathology that poses a risk to oneself and/or others
- Have a valid passport (or valid ID for Moroccan nationals).
- Pay the full registration fee by the deadline (*Registration fees do not include a 5% administration fee.)
- Attend the event without any previously reported medical conditions.
- Have soft luggage not exceeding 15 kg.
